President Obama Presents War Proposal to Congress

Buchanan, III CEO/Information Architect President Barack Hussein Obama submitted a formal proposal to the members of Congress today; seeking its approval which authorizes the Executive Branch a unilateral, joint resolution to use more intensive military force; to negate the enigmatic rise of the Fundamental Islamic State.  One of the main reasons why this situation is of grave concern to the Obama Administration, is the fact that the spread of ISIL is not just contained within its territorial campaign. The Islamic State soldiers and ardent supporters of ISIL, who practice Sharia Law, are also using their global platform to gain loyal devotees; through aggressively marketing their ideologies using every form of media imaginable.
