Planned Parenthood: Propaganda of Death

THE MOST HIGH is Not Pleased With This Doomed Nations' Murder of the Poor Innocents! 

The following communication is an 'unsolicited mailer' that we received from the president of Planned Parenthood, Cecile Richards:


Dear Friend,

The past few months have shown us that anti-abortion extremists will stop at nothing to block women's access to basic reproductive care.

First, there was the vicious smear campaign of secretly recorded and heavily edited videos that made outrageous false claims about Planned Parenthood . Extremists in Congress and in the states used the video scam to try to take away funding from Planned Parenthood - with absolutely no thought for the millions of women, men, and young people who rely on Planned Parenthood health centers for affordable birth control, cancer screenings, and other basic, life-saving health care.

And then all the ugly lies about Planned Parenthood sparked a terrible debate in Colorado Springs, where three people were killed and 9 injured by a man with a gun who invaded a Planned Parenthood health center. One day later, even after such unspeakable violence, the U.S. Senate voted not only to dismantle Obamacare, which offers so many benefits to women, but also to block patients from accessing health care at Planned Parenthood. It may have been a symbolic vote since a presidential veto was promised, but do not think they won't try it again.

And that's why what you do today matters.

If you want to know what it means to stand with Planned Parenthood, read what happened at the Planned Parenthood health center run by our affiliate in Yuma, Arizona:


This health center was the target of anti-abortion protesters. Day after day, from 7:00 in the morning to 7:00 at night, 10 to 15 people set up a gauntlet near the entrance to harass, intimidate, and bully women coming to Planned Parenthood seeking care.

At one point, a young woman, walked defiantely past them and came inside. She didn't have an appointment with one of the Planned Parenthood doctors - she came inside for no other reason than to personally deliver a donation to the receptionist. The protest outside made her want to visibly show 

her support for Planned Parenthood.

For the embattled patients and staff in Yuma, you can imagine how grateful they were for her act of courage.

Now with Planned Parenthood under attack and women all over the country at risk of losing access to trusted doctors and nurses at Planned Parenthood health centers, it is critical that people like you step forward and join the fight.

When you stand with Planned Parenthood you stand for every woman's right to get the health care she needs regardless of her income. And you stand for access to safe and legal abortion for everyone - not only for women who can afford it.

For almost 100 years, Planned Parenthood Federation of America has worked to improve women's health, prevent unintended pregnancies, and advance the right of women to make their own informed and responsible choices.

And today, perhaps more than ever, Planned Parenthood is a truly indispensable health care provider. In 2013, Planned Parenthood health centers provided approximately 10.6 million services to close to 3 million women, men and young people, including nearly 1 million life-saving cervical and breast cancer screenings and 3.6 million visits for contraceptive information and services.

While most come to Planned Parenthood health centers for contraception, those centers also provide pregnancy tests, cervical cancer and breast cancer screenings, testing and treatment for sexually transmitted infections, family planning and infertility information, sex education resources, and many other essential reproductive health services.

Additionally, many of the people who turn to Planned Parenthood for health care do so because they have nowhere else to go. More than half of Planned Parenthood health centers are located in underserved communities, including rural or medically underserved communities. We fill a very big gap in health care delivery in this country.

But most important, Planned Parenthood health care is accessible, affordable, and trusted. And that's why so many people have a stake in your active support and participation. 

I know how critically important it is to the people who depend on Planned Parenthood for health care that our affiliate health centers remain open and affordable. I know how much it means to health center doctors, nurses, staff, and volunteers.

That's why what you do today is so very vital.
